Just spotted Milla Jovovich (soon to be added to my style icons section) at the corner of 31st and Lexington. I noticed her shoes first (cream/peach pumps), then her dress (mini, pink), then her bag (green with gold accoutrements - VERY cool). Then I realized it was her.
